How to Conduct Yourself in the Public Square

“How to Conduct Yourself in the Public Square”
Acts 17:22-28

There is much debate on whether social media is now the new “public town square.” Whether it is or not is irrelevant to how it should function in the life of a christian. We should never do anything that is not for the betterment of the cause of Christ (Col. 3:17). If our behavior on social media hinders our Christian walk, it would be better to cut it out of our lives completely (Matt. 5:29-30).  If we can use it properly, then it should be used to promote the Gospel and Christ. I am not saying that is the only thing we can use it for, but when you consider the examples in Acts from the Apostles, they sought out the public areas. They used them to show the power and glory of the Gospel. Whether pagan temples (Acts 17:22) or Jewish synagogues (Acts 19:8-10), which were the public squares of the day, the Apostles used all parts of their life and influence to glorify their Lord and Savior. This is our example. I love you all!
